Sender Copilot is a personal productivity tool that helps volunteers and team members send individually composed, personalized emails from their own Gmail account. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Your Google account name and email address (to identify who is connected).
An OAuth access token issued by Google, used solely to send emails you initiate.
Email content (subject, body, recipient details) that you enter while composing messages.
A send history log of emails you have sent, stored to assist your record-keeping.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you with Google and display your connected account identity.
To send emails that you have personally composed and explicitly triggered — one at a time.
To maintain your session, settings, and optional send history.

We do not use your information for any other purpose.

3. Google API Data & Limited Use Policy

We request only the gmail.send scope — the minimum necessary to send mail on your behalf.
We do not request, read, or process any Gmail inbox content.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to any third party.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.
Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Session tokens and settings may be stored in your browser and/or in a configured cloud database, depending on how the app is deployed. Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the app. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted.

5. Your Controls

You can disconnect your Google account from within the app at any time — this immediately revokes stored tokens.
You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
You can clear local browser data at any time.
You can request deletion of stored data by contacting us at the address below.
