1. What This App Does

Sender Copilot is a personal productivity tool that helps volunteers and team members compose and send individual, personalized emails from their own Gmail account. Every email is composed by a human user, personally reviewed before sending, and triggered by an explicit user action. The app does not send anything automatically or without a direct user request.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• You must only send messages to recipients you have a legitimate reason to contact.
• You must not use the service for phishing, fraud, harassment, or sending unsolicited bulk email.
• You are responsible for all message content and recipient choices.

3. Google Account Authorization

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Sender Copilot to send emails on your behalf using only the gmail.send permission. The app does not access your inbox. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Google Account permissions or from within the app.

4. Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for abuse, suspicious activity, or violations of these terms or Google’s policies.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
